Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model

Ghyaan Premium Access is offered as a one-time purchase for a fixed subscription duration as specified on our Pricing page. Our subscriptions are:

  • Non-recurring: There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
  • Non-auto-renewing: Your Premium Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased duration.
  • No cancellation needed: Since there are no recurring charges, no cancellation action is required from your side.

Upon expiry, your account seamlessly reverts to the free tier. No data is lost — only premium-exclusive features become restricted.

2. Refund Policy

⚠️ All sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds or credits for purchases.

Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate, irrevocable access granted to all premium content and features upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We strongly encourage all users to explore the comprehensive free tier to determine if a premium subscription meets their needs before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate transaction: If you were charged twice for the same subscription purchase due to a technical billing error.
  • Non-delivery of service: If Premium Access was not activated within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

All exception requests must be submitted with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, timestamps) within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.

4. Service Unavailability & Subscription Modification

Platform continuity commitment: Value preservation through subscription extensions rather than monetary refunds.

We strive to maintain maximum operational uptime. However, in the event of an unforeseen, prolonged technical disruption or system-wide outage (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that materially restricts access to Premium Access features, no monetary refunds or partial credits will be issued.

In lieu of refunds, and strictly subject to our sole discretion and review, the Company may elect to proportionately extend the duration of your active subscription tier to compensate for the period of corresponding unavailability. Any requests for such accommodation must be formally submitted to our support team within 7 calendar days of the cessation of the disruptive event.

5. How to Request a Refund or Extension

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment gateway. Please note:

  • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, card).
  • Any payment gateway or bank charges incurred during the original transaction may not be refundable.
  • Upon refund processing, your Premium Access will be immediately revoked.

7. Consumer Protection

This Refund Policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy shall limit your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved through our support channels, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
